New Delhi – Driving the future of eco-friendly transportation, the 21st EV Expo and Conference is set to take place from December 20-22, 2024, at Hall Nos. 1 & 2 of Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. This landmark event marks a decade of excellence and serves as a pivotal moment in India’s journey toward green mobility.

The event will kick off with the 8th Catalyst Conference on December 19, focusing on the sustainability of the electric vehicle industry. Shri Nitin Gadkari, Hon’ble Minister of Road Transport and Highways, Government of India, will inaugurate the conference on the 19th.The event will act as a platform for knowledge sharing on policy issues, industry updates, technology development, and products available in the market.

Mr. Harsh Malhotra, Minister of State for Road Transport & Highways and Corporate Affairs shall inaugurate the Expo on 20th December in the presence of Mr. Ajay Tamta, MoS in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways and Mr. Daya Shankar Singh, MoS (Independent Charge) for Transport, Uttar Pradesh among others.

Celebrating 10 successful years, the 21st EV Expo promises an immersive showcase of cutting-edge innovations, impactful industry collaborations, and evolving technologies and services. The event will feature around 200 exhibitors from India and abroad, presenting a wide range of products and solutions. It’s not just an exhibition but a platform for entrepreneurs, Startups, industry leaders, and EV enthusiasts to engage in meaningful interactions that will shape the future of mobility.

Commenting on the event, Mr. Rajiv Arora, Organiser of EV Expo 2024, said, “EV Expo is more than an exhibition; it’s a platform for innovation, collaboration, and creating a sustainable future through eco-friendly transportation solutions. With alarming levels of pollution across our cities, there is an urgent need to adopt electric vehicles. With exciting new launches and cutting-edge technologies, this event offers unparalleled opportunities for stakeholders in the EV sector.”

Mr. Anuj Sharma, President of the Electric Vehicle Federation and former Chairman of the E-Rickshaw Committee, Government of India, stated, “We are expecting a strong presence of venture capitalists and investors at the Expo, and we are actively working on matchmaking opportunities to connect the EV business with funding sources. This will open up new avenues for growth and innovation in the sector. Additionally, we are excited to showcase the latest advancements in electric vehicles, including electric tractors and rural transport vehicles (RTVs), which will be inaugurated by esteemed ministers during the event.”

The 21st EV Expo 2024 is supported by the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways, Government of India; Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY); Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME); and the International Centre for Automotive Technology (ICAT).
