BluPine Acquires 369 MW Solar Assets from ACME

BluPine Energy has broadened its renewable energy portfolio through the acquisition of 369 MW of solar power assets from the ACME Group.

The agreement encompasses 14 solar projects under special purpose vehicles situated in Uttarakhand, Punjab, and Karnataka. Following this transaction, BluPine’s overall renewable capacity has increased to 2.4 GW. Supported by an $800 million investment from Actis’ Energy Fund, BluPine Energy is striving to establish a renewable energy portfolio exceeding 4 GW within India, through its solar, wind, and storage assets.
