Arctech has secured a major supply agreement for its 1P single-axis solar tracking system, SkyLine II, with China Energy Engineering Group Co., Ltd. Under this agreement, Arctech will deliver 2.3 GW of SkyLine II solar trackers for the PIF4-Haden project, owned by ACWA Power. The project, aligned with Saudi Vision 2030, is expected to enter commercial operations by early 2027.

Additionally, the expansive desert terrain of the project site often faces strong wind conditions, yet the innovative synchronous multi-point drive mechanism of SkyLine II allows it to function efficiently in such environments. Furthermore, SkyLine II’s modular design facilitates flexible scaling within a single system, optimising land usage and cutting installation costs for solar plants.
