Date of Site Visit & Pre-Bid meeting:
The site visit for the subject tender has been scheduled on 03.03.2022, for which the SECI team along with Prospective bidders will start at 0930 Hours from Hotel Chanakya BNR, Ranchi to the site located at Getalsud Dam.
All prospective bidders are required to kindly coordinate with the Project In charge, Mr Pallav Yadu (Mob 9826087389, [email protected]) in consultation with the Project Head, Mr Shreedhar Singh ([email protected]), so as to start on time from the Hotel.
Post the site visit, the Pre-Bid meeting has been scheduled at Hotel Chanakya BNR itself on 04.03.2022 at 1100 Hours. The meeting will be conducted in both online & offline modes. The details of the online meeting are mentioned below :

Maximum 02 (Two) persons from the respective Bidder side are allowed to attend the Site visit & Pre-Bid Meeting.
Its mandatory to send across the details of the Bidder team members at [email protected] & [email protected], who wish to participate in the subject Site visit & Pre-Bid meeting, so as to arrange necessary formalities at SECI’s end. Mail confirmation along with the person details is to be sent latest by 02.03.2022.
