Powerica Limited has received a letter of intent (LoI) from Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Limited (GUVNL) for a 50 MW wind power project in Gujarat at a tariff of Rs 3.51 per kWh.
The project will supply power under a 25-year agreement. The power purchase agreement (PPA) is to be signed within 15 business days of tariff adoption by the Gujarat Electricity Regulatory Commission. Powerica is required to commission the project within 24 months of signing the PPA.
