Hindustan Construction Company Limited and Konstelec Engineers Limited Form JV for Nuclear Infrastructure Projects

Hindustan Construction Company (HCC) and Konstelec Engineers Limited have entered into a joint venture (JV) to jointly bid for and execute nuclear infrastructure engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) projects in India.

HCC will hold a 74 per cent stake in the JV, while Konstelec Engineers will hold the remaining 26 per cent. The JV will undertake end-to-end EPC services for nuclear infrastructure projects, including the design, engineering, procurement, construction, installation, testing and commissioning of isotope production reactor facilities. Its scope will also cover associated civil, electrical, mechanical, process, instrumentation and control, and auxiliary systems.
