NTPC Renewable Energy Limited (NTPC REL), a wholly owned subsidiary of NTPC Green Energy Limited, has floated a tender for an engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) package for the development of 600 MW (2 x 300 MW) grid-connected solar projects in Dhule, Maharashtra. The bid submission deadline is July 22, 2026.

According to the tender guidelines, the scope of work includes the design, engineering, manufacturing, supply, packing and forwarding, transportation, unloading, storage, installation, testing and commissioning of the solar plant, including the supply of solar modules. Additionally, it covers site grading and clearing of vegetation, topographical surveys, geotechnical investigations, design and construction of foundations and erection of tracker-based module mounting structures for solar panels, including module interconnections. Moreover, the scope includes all associated electrical and civil works required for grid interfacing up to the 33 kV main pooling switchgear at the owner’s pooling substation, installation of a module cleaning system with all accessories, deployment of a supervisory control and data acquisition system for remote monitoring and control of inverters along with a weather monitoring station, and comprehensive operation and maintenance of the solar plant, including electrical equipment, consumables and spare parts, for three years from the date of commissioning of the full project capacity.
