SILA and Nilkamal Ltd. Unveil Smart Rental Solutions for Material Handling Equipment

Mumbai, India – SILA has announced the launch of its Material Handling Equipment (MHE) Rental Solutions business in partnership with Nilkamal Ltd., expanding its footprint into the manufacturing and warehousing sectors. With over 15 years of industry expertise, a robust workforce of 30,000+ employees—including more than 1,000 trained equipment operators—and operations across 125+ cities, SILA is set to transform how Indian businesses manage logistics and warehouse operations.

As part of this strategic initiative, SILA has partnered with Nilkamal, one of India’s foremost equipment manufacturers, to offer an all-electric fleet of machinery. This collaboration underscores SILA’s commitment to delivering scalable, high-quality, and sustainable solutions to clients across industries.

The new division is headed by Jai Sancheti, who brings over 15 years of experience in commercial strategy, operational excellence, and supply chain logistics. Having led business units for both Indian and multinational organizations.

Through its partnership with Nilkamal Material Handling, SILA’s MHE division delivers a wide range of electric forklifts and specialized rental equipment, designed to maximize operational efficiency while reducing environmental impact.

The material handling division of Nilkamal Ltd specializes in the design and implementation of material handling system integration and solutions. Nilkamal Material Handling is a “One Stop Shop” and offers a comprehensive product mix right from bins, crates, pallets, to Material Handling Equipment and shelving, Racking and ASRS. Nilkamal Material Handling has manufacturing facilities, depots and sales offices all across India combine comprehensive engineering, fabrication, installation, project management and customer service to provide individual components or a total systems approach resulting in unsurpassed reliable and dependable customer satisfaction.
