BHEL secures order worth Rs 95 billion from NTPC

Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) has bagged an order from NTPC Limited to set up a 1,600 MW Singrauli thermal power project (Stage-II).

The size of the order is more than Rs 95 billion. The company expects to complete Unit 1 in 50 months and Unit 2 in 54 months. The scope of the order includes supply of equipment, erection and commissioning as well as civil works.
