KP Energy commissions 54.6 MW wind power projects in Gujarat

KP Energy Limited has commissioned 54.6 MW wind power capacity under Phase VI and VII of the 250.8 MW inter state transmission system (ISTS) connected wind power project (CLP India) at Sidhpur site in Devbhoomi Dwarka.

These include commissioning of 25.2 MW wind power project under Phase VI. It consists of 12 wind turbine generators (WTGs) of 2.1 MW each. The second project entails, commissioning of 29.4 MW wind power project under Phase VII. It consists of 14 WTGs of 2.1 MW each. The project forms part of 250.8 MW capacity ISTS -connected wind power project on build, own and operate basis under Tranche VIII of ISTS-connected wind power projects by Solar Energy Corporation of India Limited at Sidhpur in Dwarka district of Gujarat. It is being implemented by Apraava Energy Private Limited (erstwhile CLP India Private Limited). KP Energy is the turnkey balance of plant solution provider for the project.
