Jakson Green Signs 100 MW PPA with RUVNL

Jakson Green has signed a power purchase agreement (PPA) with Rajasthan Urja Vikas Nigam Limited (RUVNL) for a 100 MW solar photovoltaic (PV) plant in Rajasthan.

Jakson Green has secured the project through competitive bidding process at a tariff of Rs 2.61 per unit. The project is set to be operational within 18 months from the date of signing of the PPA. The project is expected to cater to the electricity needs of more than 80,000 households annually.
