Reportedly, Tesla has inaugurated its first supercharger station in India which is located at the P1 parking level of One Bandra Kurla Complex in Mumbai.
The charging facility includes four direct current superchargers with a peak output of 250 kW and is priced at Rs 24 per kWh. It has four 11 kW alternating current chargers available at Rs 14 per kWh. Currently, the station is accessible only to Tesla vehicles. The superchargers can add up to 267 km of range in just 15 minutes for Tesla’s Model Y and enable multiple short trips across the city. Users can check stall availability, monitor charging, receive notifications, and make payments through the Tesla app.
