SWRE, Nextracker Team Up for 1.875 GW Solar Project in Gujarat

Reportedly, Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy (SWRE) has collaborated with Nextracker for a major solar project in Gujarat. This collaboration will provide solar trackers for two phases, totaling 1.875 GW -direct current (GWdc), of NTPC Renewable Energy’s solar park in Khavda, Rann of Kutch.

The partnership signifies a significant advancement in deploying solar energy solutions across challenging terrains and diverse geographic regions. Spanning projects in India, Australia, the USA, Jordan, Egypt, Kenya, and Oman, the collaboration between Nextracker and SWRE highlights their dedication to enhancing global renewable energy capacities. Their combined achievement of over five GW across seven countries underscores the strength of their partnership and shared commitment to clean energy.
