New Delhi : Sharika Enterprises Limited (Sharika Enterprises) is further cementing its reputation as a reliable player in the power infrastructure sector by delivering high-quality solutions under even the most trying circumstances.

Looking back at its glorious streak of success, the company proudly recalls its successful repair and upgrading of the State Guest House Substation in 2018. The Substation has run uninterruptedly for more than six years. This achievement is a powerful endorsement of Sharika’s engineering prowess and reliability over the long term.

Going forward, Sharika Enterprises reconfirmed its unmatched technical ability and commitment to excellence in operations by carrying out with complete success an enormously difficult repair project on the account of Bapu Dham Substation, operated by New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC). The work involved rehabilitation of a 66kV GIS which was beset with SF₆ gas leakage as technologically the most challenging substation engineering issues.

Mr. Rajinder Kaul, Chairman & Managing Director, Sharika Enterprises said, “This is not the first time our team has delivered under challenging circumstances. Our continued success stands as a testament to our commitment to engineering integrity, reliability, and durability in every project we undertake. We believe that consistency in performance, even in the most demanding environments, defines the true strength of an organisation.”

With the complexities of SF₆ gas handling and the accuracy needed in high-voltage GIS systems, this project was a major engineering challenge. Sharika’s team, however, did a fantastic job on the project. They followed to the letter safety and environmental standards in a high-security VIP area where power availability is not negotiable. Apart from the repair, Sharika’s engineers conducted exhaustive testing and diagnostics on three of the most crucial substations to further establish the integrity of the power infrastructure.

These GIS Substation projects are Bapu Dham – 7 bays, State Guest House – 7 bays and B.D. Marg – 5 bays. Even though it was initially estimated to be finished in 22–23 days, the entire process was successfully executed within just 16–17 days—well in advance—due to the team’s humongous technical strength, impeccable coordination, and unstinting dedication.

Successful completion of these mission-critical projects further establishes Sharika Enterprises’ reputation as a dependable solution provider in high-pressure situations. It also reaffirms its position as a reliable partner in India’s power infrastructure economy.
