Roofsol Energy has secured Rs 2.1 billion in funding from Aseem Infrastructure Finance. The funding is intended for the development of rooftop and group captive solar projects with a cumulative capacity of 92.66 MWp. These projects will be installed across various locations in India.
This round of funding follows an earlier investment received in October 2024. At that time, the company had raised Rs 255 million through its first equity funding round. The investment was led by fund manager Equity4life IH Analytics and included participation from high net-worth individuals.
Established in 2016, Roofsol Energy is a Maharashtra-based engineering, procurement, and construction services provider for commercial and industrial clients. The company has executed over 250 projects for more than 200 clients across India.
