The Offshore Wind Growth Partnership (OWGP) has launched its 2025 Manufacturing Facility Support Programme (MFSP) with a total funding pool of £2 million. The programme invites applications from UK-registered and operating companies aiming to develop new or expand existing offshore wind manufacturing facilities. Grants of up to £500,000 per project will be awarded to support early-stage, pre-investment activities aligned with the offshore wind Industrial Growth Plan (IGP).

Selected projects are expected to generate a minimum of £5 million in capital investment within two years. Additionally, they must demonstrate the potential to generate £5 million in annual revenue and create 20 new jobs in the UK within five years. Funding will be awarded on a competitive basis in the form of a grant.
