Magenta Mobility, a provider of comprehensive electric mobility solutions, and Kuehne+Nagel, a leading global logistics company, have collaborated to reduce carbon emissions from road freight in India. Magenta Mobility will provide eco-friendly electric mobility solutions, while Kuehne+Nagel will incorporate electric vehicles (EVs), signaling a major step in the Indian EV logistics landscape. During the initial phase of this collaboration, Magenta Mobility will roll out EVs for Kuehne+Nagel’s logistics operations throughout India.

As part of its ambitious “Ab Ki Baar Dus Hazaar”programme, Magenta Mobility intends to install 10,000 EVs by September 2025. Kuehne+Nagel plans to have 60 per cent low-emission cars in their fleet by 2030, specifically for road logistics.

In March 2023, Magenta Mobility opened its largest EV charging depot which has the capacity to charge up to 70 EVs at the same time.
