Hive Energy has completed the acquisition of four early-stage solar projects from the Polish developer T&T Proenergy. The cumulative capacity of the four sites will be 272 MW. The projects will be co-developed to the ready-to-build status.

The two companies now have a development agreement in place for a portfolio of solar PV projects in Poland totaling at least 700 MW. The agreement provides provisions for future extensions of the collaboration. In 2023, Hive Energy purchased three solar PV projects from T&T Proenergy, totaling 270 MW in capacity.
