AGEL Establishes Subsidiary to Drive Renewable Energy Expansion

Adani Green Energy Limited (AGEL) has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary named Adani Green Energy Sixty Eight Limited (AGE68L), to expand its presence in the renewable energy sector.

The subsidiary was incorporated under Adani Renewable Energy Holding Nine Limited, another wholly owned subsidiary of AGEL. AGE68L’s primary focus will be on generating, developing, transforming, distributing, transmitting, selling, and supplying power using wind, solar, and other renewable energy sources. Adani Renewable Energy Holding Nine Limited holds 100 per cent of the share capital in AGE68L. Further, Adani Renewable Energy Forty Eight Limited, a part of AGEL, has commissioned a 62.4 MW wind power plant as part of its wind-solar hybrid project in Khavda, Gujarat. Adani Green Energy Twenty Four A Limited, another part of AGEL, has also commissioned a 112.5 MW solar power plant in Khavda, Gujarat.
