responsAbility, through its Asia Climate Fund, has announced plans to invest up to $20 million in growth capital in Surat-based Navitas Green Solutions Private Limited.
The investment will support Navitas’s expansion into solar cell manufacturing, including a planned 2.2 GW cell facility in India. Centrum Capital served as Navitas’s financial advisor for the transaction.
