Hyderabad : PVV Infra Limited has received two prestigious Letters of Award (LOAs) from National Highways Logistics Management Limited (NHLML), a wholly owned Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) of the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) under the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, Government of India, for the development, operation and maintenance of Wayside Amenities (WSAs) on a Design, Build, Operate and Transfer (DBOT) basis.

The two projects, located on strategic National Highway corridors in Madhya Pradesh, marking another significant milestone in PVV Infra’s expanding participation in India’s highway infrastructure ecosystem.

The awarded projects include:

  • NH-44, Gwalior–Jhansi Corridor at Dabra, Madhya Pradesh, with an annual lease rent of ₹73.40 lakh.
  • NH-752D, Ujjain–Garoth Corridor at Dhanodiya, Madhya Pradesh, with an annual lease rent of ₹1.76 crore.

These projects involve the development, operation and long-term maintenance of modern wayside amenities designed to enhance convenience, safety and comfort for highway commuters while supporting the Government of India’s vision of creating world-class highway infrastructure.

The Dhanodiya project assumes strategic importance owing to its proximity to Ujjain, one of India’s holiest cities and home to the revered Mahakaleshwar Jyotirlinga. The corridor is expected to witness substantial growth in vehicular and pilgrim traffic in the lead-up to the Simhastha Purna Kumbh Mela 2028, creating significant long-term potential for the project.

Commenting on the development, Mr. Gadde Ramakrishna, Wholetime Director, PVV Infra Limited, said, “Receiving these two sites from NHLML marks another significant milestone in PVV Infra’s infrastructure growth journey. India’s highway ecosystem is undergoing rapid transformation, with increasing emphasis on world-class traveller facilities and integrated wayside infrastructure. These projects provide us with an excellent opportunity to contribute meaningfully to this national vision while building a sustainable infrastructure portfolio for the Company.

We remain committed to delivering high-quality amenities that enhance the travel experience and create long-term value for all stakeholders. Our continued participation in NHLML’s Wayside Amenities programme reflects our confidence in this emerging infrastructure segment and our long-term growth strategy.”

Beyond these two successful awards, PVV Infra has also qualified technically for four additional Wayside Amenities projects across Andhra Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh, where the financial bids are currently awaited. The additional bid locations include two sites on the Bengaluru–Chennai Expressway (Phase II) in Andhra Pradesh and two sites on the Delhi–Dehradun Corridor in Uttar Pradesh.

With projects awarded in Madhya Pradesh and additional opportunities under evaluation across multiple states, PVV Infra continues to strengthen its position as an emerging participant in India’s rapidly expanding highway infrastructure and wayside amenities programme.

The company stated that revenues from these projects will accrue upon successful development, commissioning and operation of the facilities in accordance with the concession agreements.
