New Delhi : German solar module manufacturer AXITEC Energy has appointed Alphadex Power Ventures LLP as its authorized dealer in Karnataka, further strengthening its presence in the southern Indian market.
The dealership certification officially authorizes the Bengaluru-based firm to represent AXITEC’s range of photovoltaic modules in the state, supporting the company’s broader strategy of forging regional alliances to meet the rising demand for solar solutions in India.
Speaking on the partnership, Mr. Tanmoy Duari, spokesperson and CEO of AXITEC Energy India Pvt. Ltd., said “Karnataka continues to be a key growth region for the solar industry in India. With Alphadex Power Ventures’ strong local network and project capabilities, we aim to make our high-efficiency solar modules more accessible to both commercial and residential segments across the state. Karnataka has emerged as one of the leading states in India’s renewable energy transition, driven by policy support and industrial demand. Industry experts note that international manufacturers are increasingly seeking regional partnerships to streamline supply chains, improve last-mile connectivity, and ensure faster project turnaround. Recently, AXITEC participated in India Green Energy Expo Bangalore.
By aligning with regional EPC and distribution partners, companies like AXITEC are also positioned to navigate India’s evolving policy landscape more effectively, especially amid growing interest in high-efficiency modules and module performance warranties.
AXITEC, which has its headquarters in Germany, has been operating in the Indian market through its New Delhi-based subsidiary. Over the years, it has steadily increased its presence across key solar states, with a focus on quality assurance and long-term partnerships.
The addition of Alphadex Power Ventures to its partner network marks another step in the company’s India expansion roadmap, with a focus on scalability and on-ground service delivery.
