Hartek Group’s commercial and industrial rooftop solar division has secured an 8 MW solar EPC (engineering, procurement, and construction) contract in Jammu & Kashmir. The project, awarded by Kandhari Beverages Private Limited, a bottling plant of Hindustan Coca-Cola, is currently under execution and is expected to be commissioned within the current quarter.
The scope project includes engineering and design, procurement of solar modules, inverters, and associated equipment, testing and commissioning, as well as operations and maintenance. It is projected to generate one million units of electricity annually, reducing energy costs for the facility while contributing to the region’s renewable energy capacity.
In July 2024, Hartek Group secured multiple 765kV projects from Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (Powergrid), involving supplying and commissioning high-voltage transmission projects in Indore and Kurnool with the company aiming to complete the projects within the timeframe of 14-20 months.
