Kolkata : Vikram Solar Limited has unveiled its latest innovation, the Brand SURYAVA high-performance bifacial module incorporating Heterojunction technology (HJT). Inspired by the Sanskrit word ‘Surya’, SURYAVA encapsulates the essence of solar energy symbolizing the warmth, radiance and life-giving power of the sun, promising a new era of sustainable energy solutions. This product was officially launched at the company’s Advisory Board Meeting, graced by Chairman of the Advisory Board Dr. Alok Srivastava (Retd. IAS), Independent Director Mr. K. Subramanya, and esteemed members of the Advisory Board which included industry veterans like Dr. S.P. Gon Chaudhuri, Mr. J.P. Dua, Mr. Pankaj Agarwal and Mr. Suresh Menon.

‘SURYAVA’ is aimed at redefining solar efficiency with its bifacial module design and Heterojunction technology (HJT). Unlike traditional solar cells, HJT comprises both crystalline and amorphous silicon layers, creating a synergistic effect that boosts energy generation. This innovative approach allows SURYAVA, 20 Busbar module to achieve efficiency levels exceeding 23% with G12 cells, delivering superior performance and durability compared to conventional solar modules.
