JSW Renew Energy (Raj) Limited, a wholly-owned step-down subsidiary of JSW Energy Limited, has signed power purchase agreement (PPA) with SJVN Limited for inter-state transmission system (ISTS) connected solar capacity of 700 MW. The PPA is signed for supply of power for a period of 25 years with a tariff of Rs 2.52 per kWh. The project is located in Rajasthan and is expected to be commissioned in next 24 months. This will take the total locked-in solar capacity of the company to 3.5 GW.

In June 2024, JSW Neo Energy secured a letter of award from the Solar Energy Corporation of India for the development of a 300 MW ISTS-connected wind-solar hybrid project.
