Suzlon Set to Acquire 76% Stake in Renom Energy Services

Suzlon Energy Limited’s board has approved  the acquisition of 76 per cent stake in Renom Energy Services Private Limited for Rs 6.60 billion in two tranches from the Sanjay Ghodawat Group.

The first tranche involves purchasing a 51 per cent stake for Rs 4 billion, while the second tranche, set to take place within 18 months from the acquisition of the first tranche, involves acquiring an additional 25 per cent stake for Rs 2.6 billion.
