On behalf of President of India Estate Manager, EMU (R&D), Chandigarh invites online itemrate e-tender from the valid enlisted Contractors/Agencies with “Directorate of Civil Works & Estates, New Delhi and/or CCE (R&D) Estates, North, Chandigarh” for the following work. Documents are to be submitted online to the Central Public Procurement Portal web site https://eprocure.gov.in in two covers system before the prescribed date and time using the valid Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) obtained from the authorized agencies of NIC.
The firms registered under Micro & Small Enterprises are exempted from depositing Earnest Money Deposit and Tender Cost as per Govt of India Gazette Notification No. 503, dated 26 Mar 2012, as amended, subject to the condition that the firm should submit a valid and relevant registration certificate of MSME / NSIC.
The firms are required to correctly register under MSME / NSIC under the relevant “Division, Group, Class & Sub-class” as promulgated in the booklet “National Industrial Classification (All Economic Activities) 2008” published by Central Statistical Organisation, Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation, Government of India, New Delhi.
The firms should have registered correctly & specifically as relevant to the Category / Activities / Nature & Scope of Works as given in the tender documents. The firm is required to submit the hard copies of the appropriate MSME / NSIC certificate within the time as specified in the NIT and also upload the same certificate with the Technical Bid as well.
If the services / activities registered under the submitted MSME / NSIC certificate do not match with the tendered work, the bids shall be summarily rejected and no representation will be entertained. The decision of the accepting authority shall be final and binding.
