Results for SJVN’s auction to develop 1,500 MW of inter-state transmission system (ISTS) connected wind-solar hybrid power projects have been announced.
Juniper Green Energy has won 150 MW by quoting Rs 3.43 per kWh. While, Datta Power Infra has won 50 MW and Avaada Energy has won 530 MW by quoting 3.47 per kWh and Rs 3.49 per kWh, respectively. Other companies have won the following capacities: Green Infra Wind Energy (Sembcorp) – 440 MW, Energizent Power (O2 Power) – 270 MW, and Green Prairie Energy (EverGreen Power) – 60 MW, by quoting Rs 3.48 per kWh. The company will enter into a 25 year power purchase agreement with the developers.
