SJVN Green Energy Limited (SGEL) has entered into a joint venture (JV) cum shareholders agreement with Assam Power Distribution Company Limited (APDCL) to the establish renewable energy projects or parks within the jurisdiction of APDCL, SGEL, or SJVN.
This initiative is set to be executed across India and will take the form of a JV, with SGEL and APDCL holding shares at a ratio of 51:49, respectively.
