PFC Consulting Limited (PFCCL) has incorporated Navinal Transmission Limited, special purpose vehicle (SPV) for development of the Network Expansion Scheme in Navinal (Mundra) area of Gujarat for drawal of power in the area.
PFCCL has been appointed as the bid process coordinator for selection of transmission service provider for establishment of the schemes. These will be implemented through tariff based competitive bidding process on under public-private partnership mode.
