Juniper Green Energy has inked two power purchase agreements (PPAs) for the development of clean energy projects in Gujarat and Rajasthan. Juniper Green Energy has entered into a PPA with the Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI) under hybrid Tranche VII, for the establishment of a 150 MW wind-solar hybrid project in Gujarat and Rajasthan. This partnership aims to produce about 477 million units (MUs) of power per annum. The project is anticipated to offset around 445,796 tonnes of CO2 emissions annually and assist in the electrification of approximately 95,079 households.

Besides the hybrid project, Juniper Green Energy has signed a PPA with Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Limited for a standalone 90 MW wind project, Phase VI, in Gujarat. The project is expected to generate about 293 MUs of power per annum, offsetting around 266,002 tonnes of CO2 emissions each year. The electricity produced is estimated to power 56,539 households in Gujarat.
