Jakson forms JV with RVNL for clean energy projects

Jakson Green and Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) have formed joint venture (JV) to investigate potential opportunities in solar power projects both within India and internationally. In the collaborative venture, RVNL is set to possess a 49 per cent share in clean energy project, with Jakson Green taking the majority stake of 51 per cent.

In March 2023, the company entered into MoU, expressing its plans to establish a JV for the implementation of clean energy engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) projects on a global scale. The collaboration is anticipated to create synergy in the planning, implementation, and completion of EPC projects on a global scale. The JV will focus on handling large-scale EPC clean energy projects in the Middle East, North Africa, the commonwealth of independent states, and Asia Pacific nations.

In October 2023, an MoU was signed between Jakson Green and Deendayal Port Authority for developing a green ammonia facility at Kandla Port, Gujarat.

In August 2023, Jakson Group partnered with the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Delhi for a solar rooftop plant.

In April 2023, Jakson Green announced that it is building a green hydrogen fueling station in Badarpur, New Delhi for a major Indian power firm.
