Reportedly, the Gujarat government is planning to install 48 MW of solar rooftop systems on various government buildings with a budget of Rs 1.77 billion.
By March 2024, solar rooftop systems with a combined capacity of 56.8 MW had already been installed across government departments. The additional 48 MW planned for this year will further enhance the state’s solar energy infrastructure and support its green energy goals.
