Alpex Solar has secured an order worth Rs 2.1 billion from the Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI) for the supply of advanced solar photovoltaic modules. The order will be executed through the company’s manufacturing facility in Greater Noida, which has recently expanded to a production capacity of 1.2 GW.
The company stated that this order reinforces its role in advancing solar technology and contributing to the country’s clean energy transition. Furthermore, it reflects SECI’s continued investment in domestic solar module procurement to meet the growing demand for renewable power projects.
In February 2025, Alpex Solar secured a Rs 450 million order from Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited for the supply of 2,000 solar-powered water pumps under the Magel Tyala Saur Krushi Pump scheme.
