Adani Green Energy Commissions 250 MW Solar Power Project in Rajasthan

Adani Green Energy Limited (AGEL) has commissioned a 250 MW solar power project in Rajasthan through its step-down subsidiary, Adani Green Energy Twenty Five Limited. The project is situated in Badi Sid village, Jodhpur district. With this addition, AGEL’s total operational renewable power generation capacity now stands at 11,434 MW.

In September 2024, AGEL and TotalEnergies formed a 50:50 joint venture to develop a 1,150 MW solar portfolio in Khavda, Gujarat, with TotalEnergies investing $444 million in equity. In April 2024, AGEL surpassed 10,000 MW in its operational portfolio, comprising 7,393 MW of  solar power, 1,401 MW of wind power, and 2,140 MW of hybrid wind-solar capacity.
