Saatvik Green Energy Limited has secured a 1,000 MW solar PV module supply contract valued at over Rs 15,000 million from a leading energy producer. Deliveries for the contract are scheduled to commence in 2025.
The agreement involves the supply of N-TOPCon solar PV modules, specifically designed for utility-scale solar projects, with a focus on performance, reliability, and durability in diverse climatic conditions. The modules will be manufactured at a facility within Saatvik’s Ambala plant in Haryana, which has been allocated exclusively to ensure adherence to stringent quality and delivery standards.
In November 2024, Saatvik Green filed its draft red herring prospectus with the Securities and Exchange Board of India to raise Rs 11.5 billion through an initial public offering.
