Adani Power Limited (APL) and Adani Renewable Energy Fifty Five Limited (AREFL) have signed power supply agreements (PSA) to supply about 6,500 MW of power to the Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL).
APL will provide nearly 1,500 MW of power under a 25 year PSA with MSEDCL. Additionally, Adani Green Energy Limited, through its subsidiary AREFL, has also signed a power purchase agreements (PPA) with MSEDCL to supply 5,000 MW of solar power.
