France-based Air Liquide has issued a new EUR500 million green bond to finance or refinance flagship energy transition and sustainable projects in Singapore.
The projects will particularly focus on low-carbon hydrogen, carbon capture, and low-carbon air gases. The bond, with a 10-year maturity and a yield of 3.466 per cent, was issued under Air Liquide’s Euro Medium Term Note (EMTN) program. The issuance aligns with Air Liquide’s strategic plan ADVANCE, which integrates financial and extra-financial performances, focusing on low-carbon hydrogen, carbon capture, and low-carbon air gases.
