Nexamp has announced a partnership with Walmart to establish 31 community solar projects across US. These projects are anticipated to produce over 120 MW (DC) of renewable energy. They will also generate significant savings for local businesses and residential subscribers. This is their second collaboration for community solar development. They earlier collaborated in 2021 for community solar developments in New York.

Furthermore, the community solar projects aim to provide the benefits of affordable and renewable energy to subscribers across five states. The investment in these projects will generate approximately 1,500 new jobs during the construction and operational phases. These solar farms will be developed in Maine, Massachusetts, New York, Illinois, and Minnesota.

Nexamp is a US based company dedicated to driving the transition to a new energy economy with proven expertise in the deployment and management of solar energy assets. It provides services that cover the entire solar project lifecycle, including development, design, construction, financing, operations, and maintenance.
