Toshiba Transmission & Distribution Systems (India) Private Limited (TTDI) has announced that it will increase its manufacturing capacity of power transformers and distribution (T&D) transformer by approximately 1.5 times compared to 2022-23, over a three-year period from 2023-24 to 2025-26.
Toshiba Group will invest approximately JPY10 billion in TTDI to expand its capacity. With this investment, TTDI will increase its assembly and test line capacity for distribution transformers and power transformers for the transmission grids and distribution networks.
