Suzlon Wins 402 MW Contract for 3 MW Wind Turbines

Suzlon Group has secured a 402 MW contract from Juniper Green Energy for its 3 MW wind turbine generators (WTGs). The project is situated in Fatehgarh district in Rajasthan. Suzlon is set to deploy 134 WTGs featuring a hybrid lattice tubular tower, each with a rated capacity of 3 MW.

This marks the repeat orders for the company’s 3 MW turbines of S144-140m. Under the terms of the agreement, Suzlon will be responsible for supplying wind turbines and executing and erecting the project, including the commissioning phase. Suzlon will also handle extensive operations and maintenance services after the commissioning process.
