Sungrow and Nofar Energy ink agreement for 230 MWh BESS

Sungrow has signed agreement for supply and service agreements for a new BESS project with Nofar Energy. The project will be developed in Stendal, Saxony-Anhalt, Germany and will feature the PowerTitan2.0.

It will provide up to 230 MWh of energy storage. PowerTitan2.0 liquid-cooled ESS, will be utilized for the first time in Germany, with the system integrating the 2.5 MW Power Conversion System and 5 MWh battery into a single 20-ft container. Its technology lowers both capital expenditure and operational expenditure costs.

In December 2023, LONGi signed a 576 MW sales agreement with Nofar Energy Romania, implementing the latest generation of its high-efficiency modules. The comprehensive agreement encompasses the procurement of the company’s Hi-MO 7 modules.
