Solar91 Cleantech Secures Approval for SME IPO Launch

Reportedly, Solar91 Cleantech has received the necessary approvals from the Bombay Stock Exchange to launch its small medium enterprise (SME) initial public offering (IPO).

The IPO includes the issuance of up to 5.43 million equity shares, aiming to raise Rs 1 billion. The funds will be used to transition the company into an independent power producer and expand its turnkey engineering, procurement, and construction services for renewable energy projects across India.
