Mumbai : Recyclekaro has announced a major expansion of its operations, increasing its total recycling capacity to 24,000 tonnes annually at its state-of-the-art facility in Palghar, near Mumbai. This expansion significantly boosts Recyclekaro’s e-waste recycling capacity from 7500 MT to 24000 MT per year and battery recycling capacity from 4200 MT to 10,000 MT per year, reinforcing its commitment to advancing India’s green agenda through sustainable solutions for e-waste, battery waste, and plastic recycling.

India generates over 3.2 million tonnes of e-waste annually, with lithium-ion battery waste growing at a 30% CAGR. Recyclekaro’s expanded capacity directly addresses these challenges, accelerating the country’s transition to a cleaner, more sustainable future. This development is vital for mitigating the environmental risks associated with improper battery disposal, while recovering valuable resources for reuse. Recyclekaro remains committed to a zero-disposal approach, ensuring that all waste is recycled or repurposed, aligning with its mission to minimize landfill waste and promote circularity.
