ProtaTech India Solutions Private Ltd has signed Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with CSC e-Governance Service India, a SPV under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology for integration of Advance Information Security Technologies, AI Technologies, and Women Safety App for rural India. The agreement was signed by Sanjay Kumar Rakesh, MD & CEO, CSC SPV, and Dr Abraham Abhishek Kumar, President & CEO of ProtaTECH India Solutions Pvt Ltd, at the CSC headquarters in New Delhi recently.
Under the partnership, Protatech India will include Conversational AI Infrastructure, Psychometric Assessment, Online Security Training Courses, Hybrid Assessment Platform, Event Management, Credentialing Solutions, Human Capital Management System (HCMS) and Women Safety App for rural India and Village Level Entrepreneurs (VLEs) through CSC Network.

Dr Abraham Abhishek Kumar, President & CEO of ProtaTECH India Solutions Pvt Ltd (An Indian born American technocrat,) said, “We are pleased to collaborate with CSC India, and this partnership will prove to be a vital milestone in making e-governance services more technologically advanced. This is a great step taken by CSC India towards the promotion of Globally Proven Technologies in e-governance services. Our aim is to provide efficient, accessible, and beneficial services to the public through the implementation of Information Security/AI and Women Safety App.” In the General Budget-2023, the finance minister Nirmala Sitharaman emphasized the importance of Artificial Intelligence, and this step taken by CSC India will promote the use of AI in e-governance. CSC India has already established over 5 lakh Village Level Entrepreneurs (VLEs) across the country, providing various government facilities in rural areas. CSC India aims to make e-governance more efficient and accessible to the public, and this partnership with ProtaTECH will help achieve this goal.
