Pine Gate Renewables and Meta have signed a renewable purchase agreement for a 210 MW solar energy project. The project, named Magnolia Solar, is located near Seguin, Texas. This marks the fourth collaboration between the two companies. Magnolia Solar is expected to begin commercial operations in 2026 and will contribute to Meta’s clean energy targets by supporting its operations with renewable electricity.
In June 2025, Meta signed four new agreements with Invenergy to procure 791 MW of solar and wind energy from facilities across the US, to support Meta’s data center expansion and clean energy goals.
