HomeScape by Amplus Solar has announced a strategic partnership with the State Bank of India (SBI) to provide convenient financing options for residential solar installations.

This collaboration allows HomeScape customers to secure loans of up to Rs 0.2 million for installations up to 3 kW and Rs 0.6 million for installations up to 10 kW. HomeScape Solar customers can apply for these loans via the Jan Samarth portal after registering on the PM Surya Ghar portal. The financing scheme offers an interest rate of 7 per cent for solar rooftop installations up to 3 kW and 10.15 per cent for installations between 3 kW and 10 kW. Home loan customers can also benefit from a reduced interest rate of 9.15 per cent, with a maximum tenure of 120 months, ensuring flexible and easy repayment options.
