Genus Power Infrastructures Limited has incorporated Genus Shekhawati smart metering, a special purpose vehicle (SPV) Private Limited and Genus Marwar Smart Metering SPV Private Limited, for execution of advanced metering infrastructure service provider (AMISP) services under the revamped distribution sector scheme (RDSS).
The scheme will be implemented for strengthening, renovation and augmentation of existing distribution infrastructures in various states.
